Project Peanut Butter is an incorporated nonprofit organization in the state of Missouri. As such, it is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Your contributions are 100% deductible under section 170 of the Code. Charitable donations go toward the purchase of RUTF ingredients, factory upgrades and maintenance, worker wages, and transportation to villages to treat severely malnourished children.
